Most people like to eat paneer. There are many reasons for this. paneer is delicious to eat. It is also good for health. But paneer is best for health when it is fresh and unadulterated. If your paneer is fake then it can affect your health badly. Eating fake paneer can cause problems ranging from stomachaches, skin diseases, and headaches to typhoid, jaundice, ulcers, or diarrhea.

Although it becomes difficult to guess whether it is genuine or fake by looking at most paneer, it can be identified after tasting it. Today we have brought you some easy tips and tricks that will help you identify paneer genuine or fake.

First way:

Boil the paneer in water and then cool it. After cooling, add a few drops of Iodine Tincture to the paneer. If the paneer turns blue, then the paneer is fake. Otherwise, you can eat it without any problem.

Second way:

Take a small piece of paneer in your hand and try to break it. If the paneer starts to clump easily then it is fake because the skimmed milk powder in the paneer cannot withstand the pressure and the paneer breaks.

Third way:

Boil the paneer in water. After it cools down, sprinkle the soybean or hard dal powder on the paneer and leave it for 10 minutes. If the color of the paneer starts turning red, then understand that your paneer is fake because it is due to the addition of detergent or urea in the paneer.
