Ajwain and black salt:

When this water becomes half, then turn off the gas and let it cool. After adding some black salt to it, filter it and then drink this water. It can relieve acidity and constipation problems.

Roasted Cumin and Black Salt:

Cumin seeds are considered very effective in treating stomach pain, constipation, and acidity. Consuming roasted cumin seeds with black salt relieves acidity problems.

Amla (Gooseberry):

Amla (Gooseberry) is considered a good source of vitamin C. It can boost immunity and relieve the body from many health problems. If you often complain of acidity, then include Amla (Gooseberry) in your diet. You can use it in the form of crushed, jam, or juice.

Ginger:

Ginger is considered to be very beneficial for health. Drinking ginger tea or ginger water relieves acidity problems. The compounds found in ginger can relieve stomach gas and acidity.
