How do you get leg lice?

It is usually found in the pubic hair and is spread from person to person during sexual activity. They are spread only through skin-to-skin contact. However, apart from this, they spread from person to person through towels, underwear bed sheets, etc.
In some rare cases, it occurs in the hair of the eyelids, the hair of the arms and the beard, etc. Thigh lice are smaller in size than head lice and other body lice. These lice are sometimes found on the hair on the arms, eyes, eyebrows, beard, and chest.
