Botteld water

If you feel thirsty during a long journey or during heavy rains, buy a bottle of Silmara water easily available in the nearby shops and drink it to quench your thirst and keep your body hydrated. But to the naked eye, you will be surprised to know what is hidden in the crystal clear plastic bottle water.

Is Bottled Water Safe?

In fact, many dangers are hidden in that clean-looking water, which is very harmful to our health from various aspects, health experts have warned. Let's discuss some of the negative effects of that silmara bottled water.  Bottled water is claimed to be germ-free, but has been tested to contain many infectious germs.

Most alarmingly, bottled water contains dangerous chemicals. Plastic bottles that keep water safe are usually made of a material called polyethylene terephthalate (PET). When the temperature rises, chemicals such as antimony and phthalates are released from the stomach and mix with the water inside the bottle. These chemicals disrupt our bowel function and cause various reproductive problems.

Similarly, branded water bottles also contain innumerable non-plastics. These nonplastic particles cause inflammation in the body and other health problems. Bottled water does not contain many beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium found in natural tap water. Because bottled water is highly filtered, all these minerals are removed from it.

So bottled water is healthier than bottled water. Even though this bottled water from various companies is claimed to be clean and germ-free, it has been tested to contain many infectious germs. So it goes into the body and causes other health problems, including gastrointestinal infections.

Above all, plastic bottles are one of the major causes of environmental pollution and climate change. The bottling process increases carbon emissions into the atmosphere. Similarly, since waste bottles take hundreds of years to decompose, they accumulate and create unimaginable environmental pollution.
