Bread Consumption Linked to Colorectal Cancer Risk

If you like to eat bread and eat it regularly, be careful. Eating bread can cause colorectal cancer. Such information has been found from research.

According to a research report published in the Journal of Nutrients, eating white apples and drinking wine increases the risk of colorectal cancer. This cancer occurs at the ends of the head and neck. This type of cancer takes time to grow. It can be treated if detected early.

The survey was conducted by the Xinjiang University School of Medicine in China in collaboration with UK Bio-Cy. More than one lakh 18 thousand people were involved in the survey. In the survey, 139 types of food items consumed daily and their nutritional value were checked. It was found that 1466 people have suffered from colorectal cancer in 13 years among those who drink white wine and wine regularly. However, most of them are found to be suffering from other diseases.

According to the survey, there is a carcinogen in white apples.  Which causes this type of cancer. However, if you eat food with a sufficient amount of fibre, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, the possibility of colorectal cancer is reduced.

According to the American Cancer Society, the number of colorectal cancer patients is increasing day by day. Which has come to the fore as a big danger. Colorectal is the third most common cancer in the world.
