Press the eyes with the hand:
This exercise can help reduce eye pressure and improve blood circulation. It can prove beneficial to relax the eyes after long hours of reading or screen time. For this, first of all, close your eyes and take a deep breath. After that, place all your fingers on the eye and apply light pressure for about 10 seconds. Gently remove the finger from the eye. Then repeat this exercise again.
Blinking Exercise:
Sit in a comfortable position to enhance the beauty of your eyes. Now close your left eye and keep your right eye open. After that, look at the wall with open eyes. After that, keep this position for 10 to 15 minutes, and then open both eyes. Now close the right eye and repeat this exercise, keeping the left eye open. You can repeat this 6 to 8 times.
Meditation Addition:
One object or point has to be focused on in this expenditure. To make this seat, draw a circle on a piece of paper with a red pen and attach it to the front wall. Then sit upright in the circle, close your eyes, and meditate. Make sure that you don't need to look up or down with your head. After that, open your eyes and now focus on the red circle on this paper and try to keep your mind still. When the water starts coming out of the eyes, then close the eyes and rub both palms together and put it on the eyes. Open your eyes slowly. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times.
