Exercises To Stay Fit During Winter: Regular exercise is very important to stay healthy. But it is very difficult to get up in the morning and go to the gym in the winter season. Laziness increases a lot in winter, due to which people are not able to exercise. Due to this, not only weight increases, but it also has a very negative effect on physical and mental health.
If you also do not feel like going to the gym in winter, then you can keep yourself fit and active by doing some exercises at home.
Squats:
To do this, stand with your feet apart at an equal distance.
Now join both your hands together in front and then sit down.
After this, come back to your position.
Do 3 sets of 15 of this.
Push Ups:
To do this, lie on your stomach on the ground or mat and keep your hands shoulder-width apart.
Now lift your body using your fingers and toes.
Then bend your elbows bring your body down and then push it back up.
Do 3 sets of 15.
Plank:
To do this, lie on your stomach on the ground.
Then lift your body weight on your toes and elbows.
Keep your body straight during this.
Pull your stomach inwards and stay in this position for 30 to 60 seconds.
Then return to your position.
Leg Raise:
First of all, lie on your back on the mat and keep your hands beside your body.
Keep your palms facing downwards and keep your legs straight.
Slowly raise your legs until they are at a 90-degree angle.
Then slowly bring your legs down.
Repeat this process 10-15 times.
Crunches:
To do this, lie on your back on the ground and bend your knees.
Now keep both your hands behind your head or cross them on your chest.
While breathing in, lift the upper body and bend it towards the stomach.
While breathing out, come back down.
Repeat this process 10-15 times.
