How to Detoxify Your Blood with Simple Home Remedies

Coriander Leaf:
Take the powder of Coriander Leaf and boil it in water for 10 minutes. Filter the remaining water after boiling. Drink coriander water like this for a month. Drinking this water in the morning on an empty stomach is more beneficial.
Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar and baking soda work together to help balance the body's pH levels. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with half a teaspoon of baking soda every morning on an empty stomach. After a few seconds, the mixture will start to bubble. Then add it to a glass of water and drink it immediately. Hypertensive patients should do this only on the advice of a doctor.
You should also eat blueberries, broccoli, beets, and jaggery in your diet. Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus. Beetroot also contains antioxidants. Jaggery cleanses the blood of the body.
