Back pain complaints are common in the office, sitting in front of a computer for hours, working while standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy weights improperly, or constantly walking. It is more common in people aged 35 to 55 years.
Muscle strain, a lack of metabolic chemicals in the body can cause back pain.
Lower back pain can be caused by defects in the structure of the spine or loss of bone density.
Excessive pressure on the spine causes back pain. This is due to incorrect standing, sitting, walking, and lack of daily exercise.

Everyone has to change their habits to avoid this. Be careful not to sit in one position for long periods.
If you have to sit for a long time, get up after a while.
Sit in a way that supports the spine.
Always stand up straight.
Exercise for an hour every day.
Eat nutritious foods. Eat green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, milk, and bananas. Also, eat calcium-rich foods. Do not eat outside food, junk food, or oily food.
Do yoga and exercises that relieve back or lower back pain.
Drink plenty of water to keep your spine hydrated and healthy. Massage your back regularly with light hands, this will help you avoid back pain.
If back pain lasts for more than a month, it becomes chronic. In this case, consult a doctor and get treatment.
