Hair fall after pregnancy: Many types of changes occur in the body of women after pregnancy. Many women face the problem of hair fall after the birth of the child. Hair fall is a natural process and some of the hair of people fall while combing or shampooing.

Usually, a person loses 80 to 100 hairs every day, but after pregnancy, women's hair suddenly starts falling in much more numbers than this. This hair fall after pregnancy is due to fluctuations in the level of hormones in the body.

In medical language, it is called postpartum telogen effluvium. These are common symptoms seen during and after pregnancy which occurs in almost all women. When a woman is pregnant, the amount of estrogen and progesterone in her body increases much more than normal, due to which the shine of her hair increases in the early stage of pregnancy.

But as soon as the woman gives birth to a child, the level of estrogen in her body starts decreasing. Due to the decrease in the level of estrogen, women's hair starts falling, due to which women start getting worried. But here you have to understand one thing all these changes last only for a few months, then slowly your condition starts becoming normal.

How to stop hair fall?

Use Bhringraj or Amla oil:

To reduce the problem of falling hair, you can use Ayurvedic oils. If you regularly massage your head with Brahmi, Bhringraj, and Amla oil, then the blood circulation remains correct and hair fall also stops.

Consume Ashwagandha-Shatavari:

If you include Ayurvedic medicines like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Triphala in your diet after pregnancy, then your hair fall can stop. These are herbs that can help in balancing all the hormones present in your body and provide relief from problems like hair fall.

Choose the right shampoo:

If you are troubled by falling hair, then take a look at your shampoo and conditioner once, if it contains ingredients like sulfate and parabens, then do not use it. This can be harmful to your hair. Instead, use shampoo with less chemicals.

Use herbal hair mask:

Hair needs good nutrition to strengthen them. You can use an herbal hair mask to provide deep nutrition. Prepare an herbal hair mask at home with herbs like fenugreek seeds, amla, and shikakai and apply it to the hair.
