Morning Blurry Vision: A Sign of Hypotension?

If you feel dizzy or tired and have blurry vision when you wake up in the morning, it could be a sign of low blood pressure or hypotension. Many times we ignore these symptoms thinking that it could be due to lack of sleep or not being able to sleep properly. Although low blood pressure itself is not a disease, it can be a sign of any serious disease in the body like heart disease, or nervous system disorder, so it should not be ignored.

According to experts, if our blood pressure is less than the normal level of 120/80 mm, then it is low blood pressure. If it is higher than normal, then the condition of high blood pressure occurs. Both of these are harmful to the body, so maintaining normal blood pressure is very important for our good health.

What causes low blood pressure and what are its symptoms?

Low blood pressure occurs in conditions like hormonal imbalance, diabetes or low blood sugar, and pregnancy.
A deficiency of vitamins such as B-12 causes low blood pressure.
Low levels of iron in the body can lead to anemia, which can lead to low blood pressure.
Chest pain, irregular breathing, heart palpitations, high fever, if prolonged low blood pressure problems, vomiting, and diarrhea, fatigue, blurred vision may also occur.

Home Remedies for Low Blood Pressure:

at the time of wake up don't stand up straight, sit first, wait a few seconds, then stand up.
Drink at least eight glasses of water and fluids every day.
Increase the amount of salt in the food.
If blood pressure drops after eating, eat less. Instead of eating three large meals a day, eat six small meals a day.
Take some rest after eating. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates in the diet.

According to experts, certain foods and drinks instantly raise blood pressure:

If you feel that your blood pressure is low and you feel weak, drink half a cup of strong coffee. This will immediately increase the blood pressure.
Beetroot juice is very helpful in low blood pressure. It is said that drinking two glasses of beetroot juice a day keeps blood pressure stable.
Soak 10 raisins in a clay pot, and fill it with water. Chew them one by one on an empty stomach in the morning, then drink water.
Soak 7-8 almonds overnight, peel and grind them, and boil them in milk for some time. Drink it warm.
Add half lemon, sugar, and salt in water and drink it 3 times a day.
