Laparoscopic surgery involves general anesthesia and local surgery. In laparoscopic surgery, a small hole is made in the body. It is done around the tissue. It is also harmless.
A doctor may recommend certain medications to treat a hernia. These include medications such as H2 receptor blockers and antacids. It helps in reducing symptoms of hernia. Apart from this, it also reduces the amount of stomach acid.

Keep your weight under control

Do exercise and yoga to avoid constipation.
Use technique when lifting weights.
Quit smoking.
