Follow this remedy 3 to 4 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes until the pain is completely cured.

Hot compress is a home remedy for pain in the thumb:

For some people, a hot compress is a better option than a cold one. If you are experiencing pain in the knuckles or the surrounding muscles, then a hot compress can be a good treatment for you. Warm compresses soften stiff joints and relax the muscles.

Before applying the compress to the affected area, make sure that the cloth or water is not too hot. If this happens, the skin can also burn.

Hot compresses can be more comfortable than cold compresses. But do not use it too much, apply hot compresses only when you feel pain.

Use of rock salt for pain in the thumb:

If you are experiencing pain in the palm of your hand along with pain in your thumb, then rock salt is a good remedy for this condition, as it has properties that reduce pain, burning, and swelling. Because it contains magnesium sulfate which helps in treating bones, joints arthritis, etc.

Although there is no harm in rock salt, do not use too much salt at once.

Follow this remedy 2 to 3 times a day.

Home Remedies for Finger Pain with Olive Oil:

Olive oil has many benefits. Olive oil is an analgesic that helps in treating the joints, bones, and muscles of the thumb and other fingers. This oil has antiseptic properties along with reducing swelling and pain.

Massage your fingers and other affected areas with olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes.

Application of turmeric for finger pain:

In many cases, the cause of finger pain can be a sprain, swelling, or muscle inflammation. However, most people are not aware of this symptom. If you experience such symptoms in your finger or the surrounding area, then use turmeric home remedies.

Make a paste by mixing 2 teaspoons of turmeric with warm water.

If lemon is available at home, adding its juice can be more effective.
Apply the prepared mixture to your affected finger and tie a bandage or clean cloth on it.
To show its effect, tie the turmeric in a cloth and leave it for 10 hours or overnight.
In addition, drink 2 teaspoons of turmeric with warm milk every night before going to bed.
